Mrs. Ledwell has almost two decades of experience in IT equipment recycling in the UK and another eight years in property management in the US. From 1996 to 2015, Faye started with RDC IT Asset Management as an Auction Administrator and was promoted over time to the role of Office & Business Development Manager. During her tenure, she moved from managing auctions of recycled IT equipment to creating new security processes for online sales and helping the business transition to be one of the largest of its kind in Europe. 

In recognition of her contributions to innovation, she was selected to be part of a delegation to Buckingham Palace where she received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise as part of the RDC team. Upon leaving RDC, Faye moved to the US in 2015 with her family and became co-owner of Ledwell International LLC, a short term vacation rental management services company for owners and their guests.
